From the Ash Vineyard in the bullseye of the Oakville Appellation, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon shows wonderful purity and balance as well as deep aromas of red and black fruits, new leather, sage, shaved chocolate, and coffee beans. It's silky and has ripe, polished tannins. Showing both power and grace, this wine can be consumed now or will reward over the next 15+ years.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Legend is up-front and expressive, with a perfumed, medium to full-bodied, exuberant vibe as well as lots of Oakville style in its darker currant and cassis fruits, spicy oak, black olive, and floral notes. It’s fruit-forward, and drinking brilliantly today and should easily keep for the next 10-12 years, and beyond.

The grapes were harvested from Ashe Vineyard in Oakville, Napa Valley, which encompasses 27 acres.
Production Notes
The fruit was hand-harvested at night, hand-sorted, then fermented in a French oak upright tank. Averaging 25% whole clusters, the juice was cold soaked for five days and remained on skins for 29 days, then basket pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months in 100% new French oak.
