Vintage Notes:

The combination of unique soils and climate from our Annadel Gap Vineyard site alllow each variety to express its own unique characteristics forming an expression of complexity, finesse and approachability.

Winemaking:

The grapes were sorted by variety, by bunch, and berry, then separated into individual ferments; berries were kept whole with up to 50% whole clusters used; 5-6 days cold soak, gentle punch downs 1-3 times daily; 12-16 days on skins before being gently basket pressed; gravity fed to oak barrels; aged 11 months in 30-45% new oak

Aromatics:

Lush, juicy red fruits, rose petal and hints of floral, vanilla, cola
