Subtle structural fruit expression of ripe round plump fruit, chocolate covered cherries, fine and firm tannins and fresh acidity. Juicy and rich mid-palate with notes of fresh rose petal, cedar sap and sweet tobacco leaf. Slight grainy tannins lead to a fine elegant finish of chocolate, creamy espresso, a hint of serano ham and toasted redwood.
