“This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from Keller Yountville Vineyard on State Lane in the Yountville AVA and the Alsace Vineyard near the city of Napa. Grapes are hand-harvested at night, hand-sorted, and separated into lots, then fermented individually in stainless steel tanks and a French oak upright tank with 40% whole cluster and an average of three days cold soaking with up to 22 days on skins. Aged 26 months in 100% new French oak. It is a deep ruby colour. Fragrant dark berry fruit is laced with green tobacco, white pepper and earthy minerals. Full-bodied and framed by intensely powerful tannins that are palate-coating with a pin-point fineness. More mineral and woodsy notes linger on the extended finish. Just 100 cases were produced.

Sourced from two premier Napa Valley sites, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon blends fruit from the Keller Yountville Vineyard on State Lane with the Alsace Vineyard, situated on the southern slopes of Rutherford’s Vaca Mountain Range.
Production Notes
The fruit was hand-harvested at night, hand-sorted, then fermented in a French oak upright tank. Averaging 40% whole clusters, the juice was cold soaked for five days and remained on skins for 29 days, then basket pressed and aged in 100% new French oak barrels for 26 months.
