The delicate notes of rose petals and mineral balance the juicy berry notes to create a wine that is perfect for warm days on the patio.
2017 Sonoma County Pinot Noir | 93 Points Jeb Dunnuck - The 2017 Sonoma County Pinot Noir is a selection of rows from our own biodynamically farmed Annadel Gap Vineyard, located in the cool Northern Sonoma Valley, along with the best organic parcels sourced from the Terre de Promissio vineyard. The wine shows sultry aromas of lavendar and crushed rose petals. Flavors are filled with strawberry, raspberry and candied orange. The mouthfeel is generous and the finish is full and balanced with bright, seamless acidity.
2017 Wendling Vineyard Pinot Noir | 150 Cases Produced - Wendling vineyard is in the northern-most part of Anderson Valley, Mendocino, close to the ocean. Medium in body, silky on the palate with great fruit intensity balanced by fresh minearlity. The wine has weight and fullness while being deft and fresh. Bing cherries, violets, and spice aromatics abound, accompanied by rich earth and soil notes. On the palate tannins are consistent and elegant, leading to a persistent finish. This Pinot is a true, distinctive and age-worthy expression of the complexity of the Anderson Valley.
